I’ve spent more than 30 years inside the fashion industry — designing, producing, launching, managing, negotiating, and problem-solving for brands across Canada and beyond. I’ve sat in every seat: creative director, brand lead, factory liaison, retail strategist, and manufacturing partner.
And somewhere along the way, I realized something:
